Enroute to Thailand in December 2004 for a New Years Gala event at the Four Season's Hotel in Chiang Mai, Thailand, the Tsunami happened while Aaron and his wife Renee were on the airplane. After performing in Northern Thailand, Aaron & Renee went to Phuket, Thailand, an area devastated by the Tsunami where he performed a benefit concert at The Chedi Hotel Phuket raising over $11,000 USD for 2 local villages. Aaron has first hand photos of the devastation and personal stories of the Tsunami. This experience has led to several follow up benefit concerts at The Chedi Hotel raising money for local schools and an annual guest appearance with the Bangkok Symphony Orchestra.

Aaron and Renee will return to Southeast Asia this December and Aaron will solo with the Bangkok Symphony Orchestra and perform concerts in some of the highest rated resorts in the world including the Four Season's Tented Camp in the Golden Triangle. While at the Four Seasons for their New Year's Eve Gala, Aaron will work and perform with the members for the Chaing Rai Youth Orchestra and hill tribe students from the Maechan Hill Tribe School violin program in The Golden Triangle, Thailand.
