Aaron Meyer

Concert Rock Violinist

Violinist Aaron Meyer’s “Concert Rock” style of performance blends his classical training with a passion for rock music. Inspired by a fusion of classical and rock, Aaron’s music features arrangements from Vivaldi to Led Zeppelin; Aerosmith to Wieniawski; and Mozart to Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody.

A student of the violin since the age of 5, Meyer debuted with the Philadelphia Orchestra by age 11. He later soloed with the Oregon Symphony, The Bangkok Symphony Orchestra in Thailand and other symphony orchestra’s.

When he is not at home in the Pacific Northwest, Aaron travels to Europe and Southeast Asia performing concerts and producing music video’s.

Aaron offers music education workshops and private lessons to students of all ages.  He teaches young musicians in person and online, through his non-profit music education program, The Concert Rock Academy. His violin program reaches students as far away as Brazil, South America and Myanmar, Southeast Asia.

Over the last two decades, Aaron has released 11 albums and several EPs. Aaron plays a Benjamin Ruth acoustic violin and a John Jordan 6 string electric violin, with a custom built pedal board.

Aaron lives with his wife, Renee, owner of Unforgettable Honeymoons and their 3 dogs.

Jeramy Burchett

Drummer, Music Director & Producer

A native Oregonian, Jeramy is a leading music producer in the Pacific Northwest.  He has produced, recorded, and backed artists such as Nate Botsford, Jackson Michelson, Aaron Meyer, Hit Machine, the Luis Palau house band, and many others.  Jeramy specializes in helping artists grow their brand and develop the sophistication of their music-making, recording, live performance, and production level.

In addition to producing, developing artists, guest teaching at colleges, recording session work, and performing live, Jeramy travels the world with his music non-profit.  He founded his own organization to share the Gospel around the globe.  Jeramy has been to over 40 countries in the past 14 years.

Christian Kinyon

Lead Guitar

Christian began playing guitar at the age of 10 years old, drawing on the power, energy, and authenticity of punk and alternative rock music.  By 12 years old, he was writing his own music and had started a band.

Christian began touring as a guitarist and bass player for various artists during college and still performs with a variety of bands, including his own band, Kinyon.  He is a private music instructor and teaches regularly as part of the Aaron Meyer School of Rock.

A regular musical performer at his church, Christian is deeply connected to his musical calling.

Jean-Pierre Garau

Piano and Keyboard

Jean-Pierre Garau, a Nord Keyboard Artist, enjoys an active vocation playing the piano, keyboards, singing, and performing as a soloist and in various ensembles.  In addition to performing, JP is a session musician, composer, adapter, chart preparer, music director, and educator.

Gene Houck

Bass

Gene is a sought-after bass guitarist whose finesse and passion for the groove is a hallmark of his playing.  His list of accomplishments includes a stint as touring bass guitarist for national artists Maria Muldaur, harmonica virtuoso Norton Buffalo, and Grammy-award-winning blues guitarist Roy Rogers.

Regionally he has performed with Oregon Music Hall of Fame artists Patrick Lamb, Ellen Whyte, and the Ray Charles Tribute Orchestra. The last appearance earned him a Cascade Blues Muddy Award for Best Performance at the Portland Waterfront Blues Festival.

The Brown Sisters

Vocals

The Brown Sisters perform regularly as featured guests with Concert Rock Violinist Aaron Meyer. Their soul-stirring harmonies and angelic tones soothe the heart and lift the spirits.

One of Oregon’s most beloved musical acts,  the Brown Sisters have been performing since 1985 at churches, charity events, and concert series. Leah, Dorcas, and Rachel grew up singing in Bethesda Christian Church in Northeast Portland. Both their grandfather and father pastored at the church.   They have performed at the Portland Trailblazers games, opened for Dr. Maya Angelo, and appeared as featured soloists with The Oregon Symphony at The Gospel Christmas.
