Discovering the roots of classical and rock music through performance and place

Classical music has been in decline in popularity for quite some time. Younger generations are struggling to discover the beauty of classical melodies and composers. Although there may be plenty of information about the composers in books and online, our new Concert Rock Origins videos will give students a new and unique way to discover not only the composers biographical information, but also how the Concert Rock Academy has reinvigorated their compositions through our unique Concert Rock arrangements!

Our team recently returned from 16 days filming in Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, France, Slovakia and The Czech Republic where we followed the lives from birth to death of Mozart, Mendelssohn, Beethoven, Bach, Schubert and Handel. Through our unique Concert Rock Origins project, Concert Rock Academy is currently producing educational music videos to tell the biographical lives and history of these composers in a VH-1 style pop-up video format.

Stay tuned for our upcoming music education videos of  Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto and Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro to be released in December 2025.
